As of now, we can accept only three payment methods of the following.
We cannot accept credit card payment because commission would be charged
on us in case we had to return money to a customer.
Instead, we recommend to send money through PayPal.
You can easily become a PayPal member without any initial fee or upkeeping
fee as long as you have a credit card.
1. PayPal
You can easily become a PayPal member as long as you have a credit card.
No joining fee, No maintenance cost.
Normally, an amount you use on PayPal will be billed to the credit card
you register.
You can pay without exposing card numbers to the merchant.
2. International Postal Money Order (IPMO)
A method to send money from a post office in your country to our place.
(Please note that IPMO is different from banker's check or personal check.)
Usually, it takes a week or more since you apply for an IPMO payment until
we receive the notification.
A fee for an IPMO payment is not expensive.
We will start preparing for dispatch after we receive the notification.
3. Remittance to our bank account in Japanese Yen
For only residents in Japan.
Please remit an amount in Japanese Yen to our bank account.

You can choose a delivery method for our merchandise from EMS (Express Mail Service) and DHL.
Usually, there is no problem to choose EMS as it can serve you with low
carriage and quick delivery.
However, if you need our merchandise to be delivered extra quickly or if
you would like to specify a time of delivery, please choose DHL though
it is comparatively high in costs.

Low delivery cost.
Though, in most cases, packages will be delivered within 7 days.
The fault of this transportation method is that it is not possible to predict
a time for clearing the customs.
So, a recipient cannot appoint a delivery time. |

| 2. Features of DHL |
Transportation time of DHL cargoes is much shorter than that of EMS.
All their cargoes will be carried into their bonded warehouses and will
be cleared immediately.
So, a recipient can appoint a delivery time. |

We cannot accept any return because our merchandise is perishable food.
However, in case it corresponds to any of the following, we will refund
all amount for merchandise and carriage.
1. Chose EMS as delivery method. Goods do not arrive even if 16 days have
passed from the ordered day.
2. Chose DHL as delivery method. Goods do not arrive even if 9 days have
passed from the ordered day.
(Excuding the case a recipient is absent when delivery.)
3. Goods arrived in time. But, they are deteriorated and uneatable.
In either case, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
(If later than the 7th day, it would be not held responsible.) |
